ABOUT HL7N We are a residential treatment center for youth with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, offering outpatient behavioral health and on-site medical services. Located on 55 peaceful acres, we provide a safe, supportive environment grounded in traditional, cultural, and spiritual values. Our holistic program blends Indigenous teachings with evidence-based practices to support healing, growth, and resilience in both Native and non-Native youth, fostering respect, honesty, generosity, and cultural identity. POSITION SUMMARY The SUDP(T) provides clinical support and programmatic assistance within an adolescent residential substance use disorder treatment program. This role is responsible for delivering trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and respectful care while maintaining strong professional boundaries. The SUDP(T) conducts assessments, facilitates self-help individual and group sessions, participates in treatment planning, and advocates for residents’ needs. All work is performed in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and organizational policies. This position collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support resident stabilization, recovery, and engagement while serving as a positive role model for residents and peers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Participate in the planning, implementation, and ongoing review of individual resident master treatment plans underappropriate supervision. - Conduct self-help individual and group therapy sessions and complete substance use disorder assessments to support clinically sound case management and treatment planning. - Maintain therapeutic, professional relationships with residents,demonstratestrong professional boundaries, ethical conduct, and positive role modeling. - Monitor and evaluate resident behavior, progress, and engagement,identifyingimprovement, concerns, or the need for referral to a higher level of care. - Provide care and treatment that is respectful, compassionate, and delivered with integrity, particularly during periods of resident struggle or crisis. - Advocate for residents by actively collaborating with the treatment team, exploringappropriate interventions, and supporting resident stabilization and recovery. - Counsel residents and families in aftercare and discharge planning, including coordination with community resources such as tribal entities, service units, schools, and follow-up providers. - Coordinate resident discharges, ensuring continuity of care andappropriate transitionsupports. - Maintain consistent engagement with residents on the unit to support structure, accountability, and a therapeutic environment. - Provide support to Behavioral Health Support Specialists and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Present resident progress, treatment needs, and barriers to multidisciplinary teams to support informed and coordinated care decisions. - Complete required clinical documentation and reports ina timelyandaccuratemanner. - Perform all duties in compliance withHIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and organizational privacy and confidentiality policies. - Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and leadership. - Follow organizational policies and procedures and serve as a positive role model bydemonstratingprofessionalism, ethical behavior, andappropriate workplaceboundaries. - Promote a positive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive work environment. - Perform other duties as assigned in support of resident care and program operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Candidates must meet the minimum educational and experience requirements for the position and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant applications. - Enrolled in an Addiction Studies Program and have completed one (1) semester and/or two (2) quarters of addiction studies with an accredited program for Addiction Studies, or…
