Defibtech is seeking an Inkjet Operator, based at our Branford, CT manufacturing site, primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of the UV Inkjet Printer, including the day-to-day tasks of printing and basic machine upkeep. This role may also provide light maintenance and fabrication support as needed for other production lines. **Core Responsibilities:** **** - Performs printing operations per procedures. - Performs equipment maintenance per procedure including Belt tension checks, linear rail greasing, disassembly, and reassembly of certain parts of the machine. - Maintains test equipment for the UV Inkjet Printer to ensure that it is calibrated and in good condition. - Maintains consumable materials at required levels include ink, printer chemicals, spare parts, special cleaning supplies. - Utilizes PPE as needed and disposes of regulated materials related to the machine according to the standards and requirements. - Uses provided safety equipment as required and follows safety procedures. - Troubleshoots print quality problems and resolve them. - **Demonstrates our values on the job.
