Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of children and families. Complete assessments and child protection enquiries. Respond to referrals and identify safeguarding concerns. Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support. Requirements Recognised Social Work qualification. Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services. Experience within a UK or British Isles statutory setting. Strong safeguarding, assessment, and report-writing skills. Commitment to relocating to the Isle of Man.
