Infrastructure Support Analyst

Support IT systems, infrastructure and users across our Pōkeno and Auckland sites in a varied, hands-on technology role. We're looking for an experienced **Infrastructure Support Analyst** to join our IT team, supporting our Pōkeno manufacturing site and Auckland Corporate Office. Reporting to the IT Systems & Data Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organisation's IT infrastructure to ensure the availability, performance and security of business systems. You'll provide onsite technical support, assist with infrastructure administration, support IT projects, and work with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver reliable IT services across the business. ### Responsibilities - Providing onsite technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, IP phones and video conferencing equipment. - Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues. - Configuring and deploying hardware and software for new and existing users. - Supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, servers and network infrastructure. - Assisting with server maintenance, backups, operating system upgrades and security patching. - Managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, configuration, deployment, tracking and disposal. - Maintaining IT asset registers and coordinating mobile phone provisioning and management. - Administering user accounts, permissions and application licences. - Assisting with IT infrastructure projects involving networking, Microsoft technologies, CCTV, video conferencing and business systems. - Working collaboratively with Corporate IT and external service providers to support business operations. ### Qualifications - A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline. - A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in an IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support or Service Desk role. - Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, desktop hardware, mobile devices and networking fundamentals. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Experience working with third-party technology vendors and service providers. - Cloud administration experience will be advantageous. ### About the Company We’re driven by a pioneering spirit to shape the future of dairy for good.
