If you enjoy leading complex projects, working closely with vendors and stakeholders, and seeing your work come to life in real-time across sites, this could be your next move. **What’s in It for You?** - Lead high-visibility telecommunications and network infrastructure projects supporting enterprise-wide operations - Work alongside WEC infrastructure leadership, PMO/PCO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders - Take ownership of project financials, schedules, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects - Operate in a flexible hybrid model with a mix of remote and in-office collaboration - Travel locally across Southeastern WI and Northern Chicagoland, staying connected to project execution on-site - Join a collaborative, structured PMO environment with strong governance and support **Your Role & Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end delivery of 1–10 concurrent infrastructure and telecommunications projects - Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cost plans, and delivery timelines - Own project financials including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice reconciliation using SAP - Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third-party providers to ensure timely delivery - Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and maintain clear documentation (notes, minutes, status reports) - Approve and manage resource time tracking using Microsoft Project Web App (PWA) - Oversee invoice processing, PO requests, and delivery confirmations - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and changes to PMO/PCO leadership - Support contract negotiations, vendor agreements, and telecommunications-related licensing - Coordinate site installations including equipment deployment, turn-up, testing, and acceptance - Ensure compliance with PMO/PCO governance standards and reporting requirements - Participate in change management processes (IT CAB) as needed - Support job site safety standards and ensure compliance across projects **Skills & Experience You Should Possess** - 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or network-related projects - Strong expertise with Microsoft Project and Project Web App (PWA) - Hands-on experience managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, accruals, actuals) - SAP experience for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis - Advanced Excel skills for project reporting and financial management - Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - Solid understanding of network infrastructure technologies: - - Routers, switches, firewalls and - - WAN/LAN environments. - Site-based infrastructure deployments - Experience with contract bidding, vendor negotiations, and delivery management - Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders - Willingness to travel regularly and drive to project sites **Bonus Points If You Have:** - 10+ years of project management experience in infrastructure or telecommunications - Deep experience within PMO-driven organizations with structured governance (PCO/PMO) - Extensive background in vendor contract negotiations and licensing agreements - Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network deployments - Familiarity with permitting processes and site readiness coordination **Education & Certifications Y…
