Tenstorrent is building large-scale AI infrastructure across on-prem data centers and accelerator clusters. This role focuses on automation of provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and repeatable. This role is a 6-month full-time, on-site internship based in our Warsaw, Poland office. Who You Are Enrolled in a Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineer or related field with strong fundamentals. Experience in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or systems engineering in large-scale environments such as Ansible and AWX, including playbooks, roles, and automation workflows. Proficient in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and tooling. Comfortable with Linux systems administration and debugging infrastructure issues. Familiar with networking fundamentals and CI/CD systems in distributed environments. What We Need Design and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and AWX for infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Build and manage playbooks, roles, inventories, and job templates for scalable system deployment. Automate infrastructure across compute nodes, networking components, and system services. Integrate automation workflows with internal tooling and CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot automation pipelines and collaborate with SRE and infrastructure teams on large-scale deployments. What You Will Learn How large-scale AI infrastructure is provisioned and managed across accelerator clusters. How automation frameworks scale across complex on-prem and hybrid environments. How infrastructure automation integrates with CI/CD and deployment pipelines. How distributed systems are configured, deployed, and maintained at scale. How operational efficiency is achieved through automation in high-performance environments.
