Proven experience delivering complex teams within a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-ART coordination. Strong technical acumen and AI fluency with the ability to define and execute legacy modernization strategies, balancing architectural transformation with business priorities, risk, and owning solution outcomes. Experience in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory, security, and operational constraints.
