About the Role: Nanit is looking for a curious, fast-learning Influencer & PR Coordinator to support our influencer, PR, and brand efforts. This is an entry-level role built for someone who wants to learn the ropes of brand marketing from the ground up, rolling up their sleeves on the day-to-day work that keeps a fast-moving team running smoothly. You'll get exposure to influencer relations, PR support, and brand operations, reporting to the Director, Influencer & PR and supporting the broader brand team. What You''ll Do: Research and identify influencers and content creators aligned with Nanit's brand and audience Support outreach to prospective partners, helping build and maintain relationships Assist with contracting influencers and creators, keeping agreements organized and on track Track outreach and partnership status to keep the team's pipeline current Support campaign tracking by monitoring and reporting on influencer and press coverage Manage sampling requests from influencers, editors and partners Coordinate mailers, ensuring the right products reach the right people on time Support PR efforts, including media list upkeep, mailer coordination, and follow-up tracking Assist with event planning and on-the-ground logistics as needed Help prepare materials and briefs for PR and event activations Provide general support to the broader brand team, jumping in wherever needed Learn Nanit's brand voice and standards to support consistent execution across touchpoints Who You Are: 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or influencer relations A fast, curious learner, comfortable picking up new tools and processes quickly Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape, with a genuine pulse on culture and what's happening next Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves, no task too small Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders across a team Why You’ll Love Working Here: Hybrid in office schedule Remote work from home month in August Flexible PTO (we trust you to take the time you need) Equity options so you can share in our growth Paid parental leave for all new parents Employee discounts on Nanit products Work from home stipend Monthly team events EEO, Salary and Location: This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 2-3 days per week Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
