About the role As an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager you will be responsible for managing several campaigns for key and new clients. From start to finish you are the key point of contact for the client for influencer campaigns, as well as the key point of contact for Monks team members during execution. You will lead various campaigns through execution, consisting of several specialists such as Growth/New Business, Strategists, Creatives, Producers, Account, Paid Social, etc. These teams are international, and may require flexibility scheduling-wise. Throughout the campaign execution, you will manage collaborations for a key brand and account which requires ongoing influencer strategy and long-term partnership management. Strong project and timeline management skills are crucial. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our network of influencers, content creators, talent, artists, etc. On a daily basis, you will oversee the casting, outreach, negotiating, contracting, briefing, content reviews, campaign launches, and reporting stages of our Influencer campaigns. You will be taking the lead from A-Z; strong leadership and clear communication skills are key for success in this role. In addition, strong account management skills are of essence. It is your role to not only lead the campaign team throughout execution, but also to lead the client every step of the way and grow the relationship. You are the point of contact for our clients from campaign kick-off to final delivery. Safeguarding timing plans and budgets are your responsibility, while keeping our clients happy delivering high performance campaigns. Duties & responsibilities Responsible for accounts on a project basis Build strong relationships with clients during campaign execution Maintain day-to-day contact with our clients Run campaigns with the oversight of senior team members Be responsible for the budget management on your running campaigns Be responsible for on-time delivery of your campaigns Lead and monitor finance tracking from start to finish, requesting/submitting invoices, managing junior team responsibilities to ensure all payments are made on time Responsible for the execution, management and quality control of your campaigns Casting and vetting of influencer selects presented to clients Develop and adjust influencer strategies on ongoing basis for optimal performance Review the influencer selection and write briefs for your campaigns Reach-out to influencers including celebrities, creators, artists, etc. and lead all negotiations with them (written and calls) Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign KPIs are met Develop influencer contracts (along with the Legal department) Develop content plannings and review creative…
