Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with infectious diseases. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Conducting physical examinations Interpreting lab test Inform patients about their health conditions Propose treatment plans for chronic and acute infectious disease conditions Prescribe antibiotics and propose treatment plans Collaborating with a team of medical professionals Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license DEA License CPR BCLS/BLS certified Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program A year of experience in Infectious Disease Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided Must have great organizational and time management skills. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day Why Work With Us?
