This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primary care), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation. - Leverages technology for surveillance and reporting, ensuring data integrity and timely submission to applicable regulatory systems. - Collaborates with internal teams and external partners including public health officials, healthcare coalitions, and vendors to enhance infection prevention outcomes. - Advocates for evidence-based practices, maintaining adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. - Participates in research and quality improvement initiatives, differentiating between QI and research, and disseminating results through education and consultation. - Contributes to product evaluation and cost-effectiveness initiatives, supporting organizational goals through informed decision-making and business case development. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** • Analytical skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work with and maintain the confidentiality of data and information • Self-management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to implement evidence-based guidelines • Conflict management and negotiation skills • Application of program and project management skills • Data collection and analysis, report writing, and data presentation skills • Ability to use and leverage a variety of computer programs, software applications, and information and diagnostic technologies • Understands role of consultant to provide resources and support **Education:** • Associate [Required] • Bachelor's [Preferred] **Field of Study:** • health science, healthcare delivery, public health, laboratory science, or related field. Advanced degree/ internship could be considered in lieu of experience. **Work Experience:** • 2+ in clinical setting, infection control or public health.
