**Maintenance Service Technician** **Purpose** We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support the reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment. You’re not just looking for another job—you want to be part of a company where teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement are part of the culture. **What You’ll Do** - Perform routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and production equipment - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues and provide timely repairs - Train and support equipment operators on basic maintenance best practices and safe operating procedures - Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to leadership and operators - Recommend improvements to increase equipment efficiency, safety, and lifespan - Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability - Clean and maintain your work area to ensure safety and efficiency. - Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership. **What You Bring** - Experience working with CNC machinery or mechanical maintenance required - Ability to read manuals, schematics, or maintenance instructions - Strong communication skills with a helpful, team-first mindset - Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems - Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred **Why Bellmont** At Bellmont Cabinets, we don’t just build cabinets—we build careers.
