For more information, visit us at [**http://cornerstonebuildingbrands.com**](https://nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Furl.uk.m.mimecastprotect.com%2Fs%2F5UadCoYP9H2912xuVi3TpeFXo%3Fdomain%3Dcornerstonebuildingbrands.com%2F&data=05%7C02%7CRosario.RudaBart%40cielotalent.com%7C36055b5417fb4ad90ebc08de999e6992%7C323f7593ae224bc78318fac0fdaa533b%7C0%7C0%7C639117102832114484%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=yC4H2LaC7htzVouI2rceai6punZrtft5m2ybWjEksRw%3D&reserved=0). ## Job Description **JOB DETAILS** **2nd Shift: 3pm-1am Monday-Friday Alt Saturdays** **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment - Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments - Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition - Advanced understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current and resistance - Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc. - Advanced understanding of electrical safety and motor control circuits and programmable drives - Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues - Complete projects to add electrical circuits and controls, new equipment and relocate machines - Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including repairs of cylinders and other components - Perform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions - Enter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program - Monitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms - Adjust equipment based on Statistical Process Control data and team with QA - Train all levels of technicians in more complex tasks and skills - Responsible for direct reports activities - Performs other duties as assigned ## Qualifications - Associates degree in related field, or equivalent relative experience - 7-10 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures - Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality. - Must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required. - Proficient in Word, Excel, and CMMS systems - Must be willing to attend training sessions as needed, including out of state locations - Ability to train all levels of Technicians - Intermediate knowledge of fabrication (ex. welding, basic machining) - Possess strong work ethic and knowledge of intermediate troubleshooting - Able to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics, and computer graphics - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and within a team, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships employees, vendors, contractors, and suppliers - Ability to show attention to detail in a very fast paced environment - Bilingual is…
