**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for disassemble, repairing, and reassembling production machines used at the plant. The Maintenance Tech will also be involved in special project duties. **Position Responsibilities:** - Troubleshoots all manual and CNC equipment to identify problem & perform repairs. Performs preventative maintenance on all production equipment as specified in the work order instructions. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference. -Work with voltage of 240v-480v. -Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls on 3-phase equipment and control circuits. - Demonstrated ability to read and understand schematics. - Designs and implements needed controls for new or refurbish projects. - Helps initiate equipment procedures when updates have been instigated. - Repairs equipment by removing defective parts, replacing with new or usable, test to see if repair was adequate. - Responsible for identifying parts needed for repair and getting quotes to purchase the parts. - Relocates machinery when needed. · 2- 4 years vocational training or a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a related maintenance field. ***· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.*** · Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, blueprints, correspondence and memos. · ***Prior maintenance troubleshooting experience with production equipment.*** - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) - Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) - Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) - Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) - Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) - Short Term & Long Term Disability - Training & Development
