**About the Role:** Office Pride of Nashville-Hendersonville is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractor to join our growing team in Hendersonville, TN. Jobs are in the Nashville Area, Mt Juliet, Lebanon, & Gallatin **Responsibilities:** - Perform commercial janitorial and cleaning services at assigned client locations - Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain hard surface and carpeted floors - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures - Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all client sites **Requirements: MUST HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE** - Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Hendersonville, TN area - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship - Must be dependable, punctual, and professional - Ability to pass a background check - Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends **About Us:** Office Pride of Nashville-Hendersonville is a locally owned and operated franchise of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, one of the most respected names in the commercial cleaning industry.
