After doubling our customer base over the past year, we’re now entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth. **Summary:** The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is crucial in generating qualified leads and driving sales growth for our AI and data management platform solutions in the water infrastructure industry. They are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, setting the stage for successful sales engagements. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct prospecting through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to identify potential customers. - Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule sales appointments for the sales team. - Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (form fills, chat, calls, demo requests) - Engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on our product offerings. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking all interactions in CRM software (Salesforce). - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and strategies. - Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations. - Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in an SDR, sales or customer-facing role (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers. - Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, GovSpend) - Knowledge of AI and data management platforms (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing) or equivalent experience. **Base:** $60,000 **Variable:** $25,000 **OTE:** $85,000 **Benefits include:** - Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, 401(k), and more - Unlimited PTO - Tools and resources to support success - Competitive compensation with high-growth potential ### **Why Join SewerAI?** ### Join the fastest-growing team in wastewater tech and help modernize critical infrastructure with AI.
