In house roofer / carpenter

**About the Role:** Join our dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Indianapolis as an In-House Roofer/Carpenter! This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills in roofing and carpentry to restore homes and businesses to their former glory. **Responsibilities:** - Perform emergency service board-ups and roof tarps - Perform roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties. - Execute carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. - Inspect and assess damage to roofs and structures to determine necessary repairs. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in roofing and carpentry. - Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in roofing and carpentry, preferably in a restoration setting. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Certification in roofing or carpentry is a plus. **About Us:** Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Indianapolis has been serving the community for over 30 years, providing top-notch restoration services.
