The Role: Personal Care & Companionship We are looking for compassionate individuals ready to make a real difference. This is a hands-on position. - Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care (peri-care). - Daily Living: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry. - Mobility: Assisting with transfers and "range of motion" exercises. - Transportation: Running errands or driving clients to appointments using your own vehicle. Requirements (Non-Negotiables): - Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance. Reliability is key—having a "Plan B" for car trouble is a huge plus. - Experience: 2+ years of home care experience is preferred, but we will train the right heart. - Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check. - Tech Efficient: Must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins (EVV compliance).
