We are dedicated to providing compassionate care that enhances the quality of life for our clients, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team! **Responsibilities:** - Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety. - Medication reminders and monitor vital signs as required. - Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. - Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. **Requirements:** - (Preferred) Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting is. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others. - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. - Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening. - Flexible availability to meet clients' needs, including evenings and weekends. - (Preferred) Current CNA certification in the state of Utah.
