We are looking for a compassionate and dependable In-Home Care Attendant to provide personalized assistance to individuals living on our Greencroft Goshen campus. What You�ll Enjoy The opportunity to work with individuals located on one campus - no traveling throughout Goshen. Meaningful one-on-one interaction with those you serve. A supportive care team that values communication and teamwork. No certification required. Schedule Part-Time Evening Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, generally between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We are open to hiring one team member to work all three evenings or two team members to divide the schedule, working one or two shifts each. Start and end times may vary based on client needs and demand. What You�ll Do As an In-Home Care Attendant, you may visit up to five individuals during a shift, helping each person maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with personal care and daily living activities. Completing housekeeping tasks to maintain clean and organized living spaces. Providing companionship, supervision, and reassurance. Supporting individuals with everyday routines and needs. Observing and communicating important changes or concerns to the care team. Providing dependable coverage when additional support is needed. What We�re Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. No certification or previous healthcare experience required. Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older adults. Dependability and flexibility to work on an as-needed basis. Willingness and ability to complete regular housekeeping duties. Strong communication skills and attention to changes in an individual�s needs. Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the care team.
