Our mission is to create simpler, smarter financial services that empower credit unions and their members. **[www.blossom.net](http://www.blossom.net/)** We are looking for a **Middle Implementations Engineer** to join our growing team and help deliver seamless client implementations through data integration, ETL development, and system configuration. ### **About the Role** As a **Middle Implementations Engineer**, you will execute and support technical implementation projects, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding. You will build and maintain ETL processes, manage data transformations, troubleshoot integrations, and contribute to scalable implementation solutions that deliver an exceptional client experience. ### **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. - 3+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions or supporting technical implementation projects. - Strong experience with SQL and relational databases. - Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes. - Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations. - Experience working with Java-based applications. - Ability to troubleshoot data migration, transformation, and integration issues. - Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar project management tools. - Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Advanced English (B2+ or higher). - Experience in Fintech or Banking implementations is a plus. - Python and WSDL knowledge are a plus. - Must be currently located in Colombia. ### Perks - 100% Remote Work. - Paid in USD. - Multicultural Environment. - Learning & Growth Opportunities. - Work on impactful client implementation projects. - Be part of a collaborative team delivering innovative fintech solutions. ### Apply Now!
