This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping organizations leverage data and technology to improve healthcare delivery. ### Accountabilities: The Implementation Advocate will support healthcare provider clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and operational workflows. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can manage projects, solve complex issues, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Manage client onboarding activities from initial discovery through go-live, using a consultative approach to understand workflows and configure solutions effectively. - Gather, document, and translate client requirements into application configurations that support provider business processes, particularly revenue cycle management workflows. - Support implementation projects by managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and expectations with customers and internal teams. - Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, applying analytical problem-solving skills and escalating challenges when needed. - Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. - Identify opportunities for product improvements, enhancements, and additional solutions based on customer feedback and business needs. - Maintain compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and internal policies related to healthcare data and services. - Contribute to operational success by supporting team objectives and maintaining high standards of service delivery. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting software implementations in healthcare or other high-volume technology environments, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project coordination abilities, and healthcare industry understanding. - Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting software solutions in a high-volume environment. - Experience with healthcare IT solutions and working knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM), including claims, remittance, and eligibility processes. - Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards and transaction codes, including ANSI X12, 835, 837, and 270/271. - Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with multiple operating systems, including Windows and Linux. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Understanding of project management fundamentals and implementation methodologies. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Adm…
