**REPORTS TO: General Manager** **Salary: Hourly pay is $16.85 plus tips. Tips are averaging $2.50 to $5.00 an hour more. As of April 1, 2024 Hourly pay will be $20.00 an hour plus tipsMust be 18 years or older.** **Position Summary Statement:** Main job function is Slicing meats with an automatic slicer and prepping food. You could also help on the line with customer orders. Your schedule would be a set schedule- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and some Sundays (hours starting from around 9:30am/10am until 1:30-2pm, in some cases later) **Job Requirements:** - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent menu and product knowledge. - Accountable for Slicing, prepping, and helping on the line when needed. - Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner. - Team player. - Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space. - Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader. - Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
