Coaching provides a collaborative approach to personalized professional development. Through instructional coaching, the goal is to strengthen and expand best classroom practices, empower educators in their professional growth, and enhance student learning and success in all schools throughout the region. Coaches will provide one-on-one and small group coaching, professional development, and perform other IMESD responsibilities and duties related to coaching and regional projects. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in each responsibility and essential function of the position. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Individual will hold a valid driver's license and have reliable, insured transportation. If selected for the position, individual will complete a pre-employment background check.
