From nearly 6 weeks off in your first year to high quality, affordable health coverage and opportunities to grow, we’ve built a benefits package that shows we care for our people.* Access Services is hiring a **Program Manager for the Lehighton Day Program!** The **Program Manager** is responsible for leading a team that provides **high-quality, person-centered day program services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.** Through skill development, community engagement, and meaningful daily activities, our programs empower individuals to reach their goals, increase independence, and live fulfilling lives. This role oversees program operations, staff development, and service delivery to ensure a positive, inclusive environment where every individual is supported to thrive. The Program Supervisor also ensures compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 2380 regulations and applicable Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) requirements, while providing leadership, coaching, and **supervision to Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** to support exceptional service delivery and positive outcomes for the individuals we serve. **Essential Functions** 1. Provide daily supervision and programmatic oversight of the assigned 2380/2390 program. 2. Help ensure quality of services and maintenance of all individual and staff records in accordance with Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and applicable Chapter 2380, 2390,6100, and 11 regulations. 3. Facilitate the individual intake & discharge process according to regulations and program best practices and procedures. 4. Oversee the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of individual services, including but not limited to progress toward outcomes, utilization, and quality of support. 5. Support the program staff to plan for a balance of purposeful activities to meet the clients’ interrelated needs and interests including social, intellectual, cultural, economic, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. 6. Assist in the oversight of production and client payroll if applicable to the facilities license. 7. Coordinate and direct the recruiting process. Interview, hire, and train Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads. 8. Effectively communicate with internal and external care teams. 9. Provide opportunities for individuals to experience community integration. 10. Oversee the completion of all documentation to substantiate billing as set forth by ODP and federal guidelines. 11. Supervise the Team Lead and Direct Support Professionals in the daily operations of the Program by: ensuring necessary training in the area of person-centered planning and Individual Service Plan (ISP) instruction, behavior interventions and all other skills needed, conducting regular individual and group supervision and evaluation sessions, overseeing implementation of outcomes identified within the individual’s ISP, ensuring understanding of agency policy and procedures. 12. Provide direct care when required by staffing needs. 13. In conjunction with the Team Lead, manage maintenance and repairs of both the program facility and vehicle fleet by coordinating and communicating needs to the appropriate contacts. 14. Maintain general awareness of programs' budget and expenses in order to make informed decisions alongside the program's assistant director regarding decisions such as staffing, activities, etc. *The selected candidate must meet all qualifying and ongoing job criteria including background checks, physical examination, and a driving history record.* **Driving Requirements:** - A valid US driver’s license for at least two years, not including time with permit. - No serious traffic convictions within the past three years.
