IBS/DAS Field Engineer

**Das Field Engineer** **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform site surveys and RF testing to assess DAS requirements. - Install, configure, and commission DAS infrastructure, including antennas, fiber optics, and remote units. - Conduct signal validation, interference analysis, and system optimization. - Identify and resolve network issues related to DAS performance. - Work closely with telecom operators, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless integration. - Maintain technical documentation and provide reports on site work and troubleshooting activities. - Adhere to safety standards and telecom regulations during field operations. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. - Experience in DAS installations, RF measurements, and troubleshooting techniques. - Proficiency in DAS testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, site master, iBwave). - Understanding of telecom network architecture, fiber optics, and wireless communication protocols. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments. **Preferred Skills:** - Certifications in DAS technology or RF Engineering (e.g., iBwave Level 1 & 2). - Experience with DAS deployments in commercial, enterprise, or public-sector projects. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
