Hygiene Assistant

At Live Life Smiling we believe that taking care of your teeth starts with providing unique care, attention, and understanding to the people attached to the teeth. Our growing team needs a clinical assistant to provide gentle care to our patients. Any clinical or dental assisting experience is a plus but a positive attitude, patient-first mentality, and ability to work with a team are our only requirements. Our ideal Assistant exhibits and supports the following core values - Patient Obsession - Team Empowerment - Team Development - Relationship Driven - Golden Rule Patient Care - Golden Rule Team Care - Doctor Clinical Autonomy Duties of the Assistant include, but are not limited to the following: - Dental operatory set up & break down - Assist Hygienist/Provider with procedures and tasks as needed - Help other assistants stay on time as needed - Update general patient charting with documentation in a timely manner - Establish a rapport with all patients and validate treatment recommendations made by the doctor - Other duties as assigned by team leader and department leader Benefits: Uniform allowance Full-time Medical & Dental Paid time off & paid holidays after 90 days Paid time off is accrued based on length of time with company 401k w/ 3% company match after 1 year and at least 1,000 hours Education assistance
