As an HVAC Service Technician at JOSKO LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in multi-family and residential properties. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. Responsibilities: Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems in multi-family residential properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements. Perform repairs and replacements of HVAC components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate HVAC service schedules and ensure minimal disruption to residents. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems. Organize and manage inventory to minimize loss and improve operational efficiency. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and installation preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with a focus on multi-family residential properties. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques. Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
