HVAC Technician

## Description Currently, Goyette Mechanical Company has an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician in our Service Department based out of Pontiac, MI. We are looking for a motivated and hard working individual to join our growing team. **Job Description:** - Maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in Industrial and Commercial settings - Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on heating and cooling equipment - Conduct repairs on appliances related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions - Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment - Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication **Skills:** - Proficiency in HVAC/R systems repair - Experience in field service operations related to HVAC technology - Strong understanding of Hydronic, Heating and Air Conditioning systems and their components - Ability to plumb and perform necessary adjustments for optimal system performance - Familiarity with appliance repair techniques as they relate to HVAC systems - Competence in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members ## Requirements **Requirements:** • Ability to multi-task • Genuine care and compassion.
