**Southern Mechanical- HVAC Superintendent (MULTI-FAMILY)** **Job description** We are looking for an **experienced HVAC** **Superintendent** to manage the operations of multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all daily aspects needed on site to keep the project running on time and on budget and help solve problems as they arise. Candidates should have a **minimum of five years** **experience** in the field as a HVAC superintendent and be familiar with HVAC/building codes and regulations. Experience with Procore or similar project management software, Raken, total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, Top out, managing subcontracted plumbing labor is a must. We utilize web based software for everything. **Job Type:** Full-time Schedule: - 10 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekends as needed License/Certification: - Driver's License (Required) - OSHA 30 (Required) or obtain within 60 days after employment Work Location: In person Please note- the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.
