Our focus: delivering high-performance equipment, expert support, and innovative, sustainable solutions that raise industry standards. **Why Join Us** - **Schedule:** Monday-Friday (+ on-call rotating weeks) - Competitive pay: hourly + overtime opportunities - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) match after 60 days - Employee referral bonus program - A culture centered on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction **What You'll Do** - Prioritize safety-on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites - Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently - Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints - Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training - Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems - Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs **What You'll Bring** - HVAC education/training preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work OR HVAC Tech School can be used in lieu of 3-5 years experience - Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude - Proven safety-first mindset in shop and field settings - Clear communication skills with customers and teammates - 608 Universal EPA Certification REQUIRED - Clean driving record and 21+ years of age - Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the PNW #stepintosuccess **REIC is NOT open to 3rd party recruiter or recruiting agency solicitation**
