This is your next big move.** ## What You’ll Be Doing As a **Nextech** HVAC/R Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You should be able to: - Must be able to safely work at heights using ladders up to 28–32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits - Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs - Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks - Must maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity - Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day - Must use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously - Must operate work-related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers - Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed - Required to occasionally w…
