Responsibilities: - Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, equipment age, warranty, and routing. - Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates, and resolve issues. - Check-in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close-out and dispatch to the next call. - Research and assign calls. - Responsible for maintaining the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department. - Participate in training as necessary. - Other duties as necessary. Qualifications: - At least two (2) years of Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC Dispatch Experience, preferred. - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan), preferred. - Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills - Must be able to work daily 7:00am-3:30pm. - Must be able to work at our Tualatin office. **Compensation:** $21-$28 per hour **Please Submit a Copy of Your Resume for Consideration.**
