We deliver a world-class customer experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. We don't just hire installers — we invest in them. As we scale, we need skilled installers who take pride in their craft and want to grow with us. **THE ROLE** This is a residential HVAC installation position. You will install split systems, package units, mini splits, and full duct systems for homeowners across Brevard County — representing Climate Experts with professionalism in every job. You will be backed by a full warehouse and office team dedicated to making sure you have everything you need before you hit the road. **WHAT YOU WILL OWN** - Install residential HVAC split systems, package units, and mini splits - Install copper line sets, wiring, and drain lines - Build return stands and duct plenums - Install full duct systems (bonus paid during summer) - Maintain inventory in service vehicles and installation trailers - Complete installation checklists and submit all photos to our CRM - Collect customer signature and payment at job completion - Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and equipment on every job WHAT WE OFFER - High dollar piece work pay — lead installers earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year - No on-call.
