HVAC Install Helper

As a HVAC Install Helper for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship! Drive a new truck, work with the most fun team, and apply now for endless growth and compensation opportunities! - Must have experience installing HVAC systems - 1+ Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience - Knowledge of HVAC products and services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to travel to customer locations as needed - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge - Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances - Positive attitude - Hard working - Must be reliable - Must have a valid WA State driver’s license and a good driving record - Must pass a background check - Must provide own tools - Must be able comfortable in small spaces (ex. crawl spaces and attics).
