Accountability is to the Facility Manager. **DUTIES:** - HVAC - Ability to read blue prints - Troubleshooting - Heating/Refrigeration - Experience with Steam - Perform routine system maintenance - Manage tools and supplies - Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs and equipment maintenance. **Requirements:** - Must have flexible schedule 40+ hours a week and include weekends as needed for events. - Must currently be in or join Union 440. This is a Union position. (Journeyman) - Must have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. - 5 years HVAC experience or more and must be out of apprenticeship stage. - Updated certifications The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
