The Human Resources Service Partner plays a key role in supporting organizational success by partnering with assigned departments to deliver comprehensive HR services. This position is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR program support, while ensuring policies and practices are applied consistently. The role also serves as a trusted resource to leaders and staff, contributing to a positive employee experience and the effective day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, salaried exempt. The Human Resources Service Partner: - Partners with leaders to deliver HR services, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. - Administers key HR programs such as benefits, compensation, payroll changes, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. - Provides guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices, ensuring consistent application and regulatory compliance. - Analyzes HR data and metrics, supports reporting needs, and contributes to process improvements and HR initiatives. - Collaborates across departments to support workforce planning, employee engagement, training, and overall HR operations. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. - Human Resources certification as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred. - Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and critical thinking skills required. - Must be able to function independently and effectively as part of a team. - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skill and knowledge required.
