We are now seeking a passionate and organized Human Resources Program Coordinator to lead and support our growing early career talent initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and creating meaningful career pathways for the next generation of skilled professionals. As the Human Resources Program Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our early career and workforce development programs, including internships, apprenticeships, associate sales, H-2B, and other entry-level development initiatives. You'll work closely with business leaders, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and program participants to deliver an exceptional employee experience while building a strong talent pipeline for our organization. This is a collaborative, hands-on position that combines office-based HR responsibilities with regular time in the field mentoring, coaching, and supporting participants throughout their development.
