Direct Reports: 0 What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis: Lead a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience and ensure accurate I‑9 processing Run and analyze attendance reports to support workforce planning Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns Support employee engagement efforts and help strengthen company culture Assist with training, development, and talent‑pipeline initiatives Partner with HR leadership on projects that improve processes and employee experience What You’ll Bring to the Table: Background in Human Resources, leadership, or supervisory roles Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating complex situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with onboarding, employee support, or administrative processes (preferred but not required) Ability to build trust, remain objective, and support employees at all levels Strong organizational and time‑management skills Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and support a positive workplace culture Education / Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Equivalent experience in HR, leadership, or people‑focused roles will be strongly considered Physical Requirements: Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting Reading, communication, math.
