This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by shaping talent strategy, developing leaders, and helping guide the organization through its next phase of growth. ## What You'll Do As our Human Resources Director, you will: - Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational growth. - Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching managers through complex employment matters. - Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. - Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices. - Build and enhance employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. - Develop learning and development programs that support employee growth and leadership development. - Track and analyze HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership. - Partner with leadership to guide organizational change, including restructuring, cultural initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. - Promote employee wellness and workplace safety programs. - Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving operational excellence across all HR functions. ## What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - SHRM certification (or equivalent HR certification) required. - 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience. - Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or cannabis, required. - Cannabis industry experience is preferred. - Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, employee relations, and HR best practices. - Proven success leading employee investigations, resolving complex workplace issues, and partnering with senior leadership. - Experience developing talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. - Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive business decisions. - Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment. ## Why Join Us?
