The position reports to the Human Resources Manager andsupportsrecruitment, onboarding, off boarding,maintainsaccurate employee records,coordinates benefits andleaves administration, communicates changesin support of payroll processing, ensures compliance with employment policies and applicable laws, and responds to general employee inquiries. The HR coordinator helps coordinate employee engagement initiatives including coordination of training, maintains HR systems and documentation, preparesdraft communications, tracks and monitors operational reports and supports the implementation of HR programs, goals and objectives.
