Position Summary The Human Resources Compliance Specialist supports HR compliance functions within the caregiver department. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing onboarding processes for home care aides. **Bilingual (Fluent Spanish)** Responsibilities: • Maintain accuracy of aides' status across all software platforms. •Manually input HHA data into HHA Exchange, including availability, allergies, preferences, additional languages, etc. •Conduct a post-home care registry for all newly active HHAs post-orientation. •Assist in managing aides' compliance statuses to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. •Schedule HHAs for in-office health assessments with our clinical team. •Notify HHAs of expiring documents weekly. •Onboard applicants online and in-office, managing all documentation through orientation. •Train and support powerhouse employees on compliance procedures.•Assist HR Manager with assigned duties as needed.•Covers the front desk 1-2 days a week •Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. •Team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments. •Ability to contribute positively to the company's culture and uphold its values. •Excellent customer service •Optimistic, energetic, outgoing, and with great energy. •Strong interpersonal communication skills - with internal and external staff Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $22 - $25 hr Work Location: In person
