This position leads the Court’s mandatory compliance training, facilitates and tracks judicial education, and supports the Court’s broader workforce development goals through the coordination and evaluation of educational and training programs for judicial officers, managers, and court staff. Under the general direction of the ADA and Communications Manager, the Human Resources Analyst performs professional human resources work with a primary focus on: - Mandatory compliance training required by statute and the California Rules of Court - Facilitating and tracking judicial education - Employee learning and development, including education, training, and onboarding programs This position partners closely with judges and commissioners, managers, and court staff, and requires an understanding of the dynamic working relationships with judicial officers that is unique to the court environment. The incumbent will be expected to develop subject-matter expertise in mandatory compliance training required by statute and the California Rules of Court; prior expertise in this area is not required.
