The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical public-sector HR professional who seamlessly translates complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. You possess a strong foundational knowledge of human resources, recruitment, labor relations, and employment law, allowing you to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision. You bring a modern, strategic approach to the entire employee lifecycle, from developing recruitment campaigns to partnering with department heads. Highly adaptable and solution-oriented, you are comfortable with shifting priorities and tight deadlines while navigating sensitive workforce matters with the utmost discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
