Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTF's are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. Hoffmann Center is seeking a full time Human Resources Specialist to join the team. This position is responsible for performing and assisting with HR related duties on a professional level in the areas of payroll management, recruitment and new hire process, employee relations, and benefits administration. **Starting Pay:** $25.00**-**$27.00 per hour depending on experience **Responsibilities:** - Conduct employee recruitment process including writing and placing recruitment ads. - Coordinate and assist with the orientation process for all new employees - Assist with benefit administration - Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online payroll/timekeeping database - Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws - Attend job fairs as needed - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** - Must be 21 years of age or older - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred - Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources - Ability to relate to clients, co-workers, and the public.
