Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager is a key leadership position within Mono County's Human Resources Division of the County Administration Office, serving as the principal operational partner to the Assistant County Administrative Officer while supporting countywide human resources initiatives. This role oversees a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, organizational development, policy administration, compliance, employee training, and strategic workforce planning. Designed as a developmental position, the Human Resources Manager gains progressive responsibility and executive leadership experience in preparation for advancement to the Director of Human Resources.
