Human Resource Generalist

General Overview: This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and staffing activities to support operational needs across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers to ensure timely, effective, and compliant hiring processes while contributing to broader HR functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains qualified talent aligned with company standards and production demands. Staffing & Recruiting (Primary Focus) Manage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens and onsite interviews Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate documentation Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications against job requirements Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and external regulations Monitor open positions and provide regular updates on staffing status Support internal job posting and promotion processes in alignment with company policy Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
