HUD Housing Manager

**Job Title: HUD Housing Community Manager** **Organization: OrrVilla Manor I (Faith-Based Community)** **Job Type: Full-time/Part-time** **Location: OrrVilla Campus** **Job Description:** The HUD Housing Community Manager at OrrVilla Manor I will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the community, ensuring the well-being of residents and adherence to HUD regulations. This role encompasses a range of duties to maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment for all residents. **Responsibilities:** **Property Management:** Oversee day-to-day operations of the HUD retirement housing community. Manage leasing and occupancy processes, including application screenings, lease agreements, move-ins, and move-outs. Maintain accurate records of resident information, rent payments, and correspondence. Handle maintenance requests. **Resident Relations:** Foster a positive community atmosphere that aligns with the faith-based values of OrrVilla Manor I. Address resident concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure full compliance with HUD regulations and requirements for subsidized housing. Complete regular HUD reporting, including income certifications and property inspections. Keep up-to-date with changes in HUD policies and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments. **Financial Management:** Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and ensure responsible financial stewardship of the community's resources. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and provide guidance to community staff, if applicable. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. **Qualifications:** A strong commitment to the faith-based values of OrrVilla Manor I. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred experience in property management, ideally with HUD housing or affordable housing communities.
