By investing in our team’s growth and well-being, we ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service. **What you’ll do** The Human Resource Operations Analyst/Coordinator provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, participates in the development and implementation of company onboarding procedures, as well as establishing new approaches to affect improvement in the overall efficiency of the department. The Human Resource Analyst/Coordinator conducts company business in a manner concurrent with companies ever evolving goals. The Human Resource Operations Analyst/Coordinator assists in the various aspects of Human Resources administration, including but not limited to ensuring new hires are delivered an exceptional onboarding experience, preparing and maintaining employee files, and processing necessary changes within the HRIS. Collaborating with the Manager of Human Resources on various departmental projects will be critical to the success of this role. In this role, you’ll also: - Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses to employee and manager inquiries. - Coordinate and oversee the new hire onboarding process, beginning with an executed offer letter and continuing through successful integration into the organization. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employee benefit programs, wellness initiatives, and other employee offerings. - Process employee transactions within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including new hires, salary adjustments, position changes, transfers, and personal information updates, ensuring accuracy and timely completion throughout the employee lifecycle. - Communicate new hire information and employee payroll changes to the Payroll Department and external agencies, as required. - Maintain payroll tracking spreadsheets and generate reports to support HR and business needs. - Serve as an HRIS (ADP) administrator, maintaining system integrity and participating in ongoing training to enhance system knowledge and capabilities. - Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other Human Resources programs; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions as appropriate. - Prepare and process offboarding documentation and final employment paperwork for departing employees. - Keep the Manager of Human Resources informed of departmental activities, issues, and process updates. - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and service delivery. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Generate and analyze standard HR reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. - Support special projects and other Human Resources initiatives, as assigned. **What you bring** - Bachelor’s Degree or eq…
