**HR Generalist** Waystone is seeking an HR Generalist to support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS administration, compliance tracking, leave administration, and employee support. Working closely with employees, managers, recruiters, payroll, and leadership, the HR Generalist helps ensure HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and consistently while supporting a positive employee experience. **Location:** 439 South Union Street, Suite 401 Lawrence, MA 01843 **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. This position is not remote; it is on-site at our main office. *This position is benefit eligible as of date of hire.* **Compensation:** This is a 40-hour, non-exempt, full-time position. The compensation range is $62,000 - $80,000 annually.
